The very first client that I landed when I had my own medical billing business, was a referral from a friend. Every single other client was a direct result of her references. It is very important that you not only get your name out there for your Billing Service, but that you keep your name out there, and keep it good. Negative publicity of any kind can kill a business.
So get out there and network. Make some points of contact. Make friends in the field. Keep them in contact, and keep your good name circulating.
