There are a lot of things that you can do to make things easy and comfortable for your clients.
Tip #1 - Take the time to learn the names of everyone in the office and greet them by name when you go in. You do not want to be just a name or voice on the other end of the phone. Ba a real person, and be a friend.
and Smile. They will enjoy your company. After all, you may be the only smiling face they see all day.
